Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) seeks a Store Supervisor in Klang to lead daily operations, manage stock, and ensure excellent customer service. You will oversee stock movements, maintain store standards, and supervise a small team.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail with leadership, familiarity with POS systems, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Own transport preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Retail experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control and merchandise handling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Operate and handle store equipment per procedures.
• Ensure safety of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
