Job summary

KK Supermart in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a store supervisor to oversee inventory, merchandise handling, and store operations. You will lead the team, ensure accuracy in receiving and recording goods, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, experience with POS systems, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Own transportation is preferred to support store visits and shifts.

Qualifications

• Formal education requirements include SPM or diploma; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Retail experience preferred, supervisory responsibilities advantageous.
• Must be able to operate POS systems and basic computer apps.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods and manage inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in store premises.
• Operate equipment and machines per procedures.
• Ensure store property and assets are safe and well cared for.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold KK Supermart's good image and reputation.
