MRT Solutions Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. You will ensure accuracy against documents, supervise staff, and maintain stock integrity in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and timely deliveries. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English are required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff preferred.
• Solid knowledge of stock control and inventory management.
• Familiar with goods receiving, picking, packing, dispatching.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

• Supervise storage, handling, labeling and arrangement.
• Coordinate with Project and Operations on stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Monitor space utilisation and maintain organised layout.
• Ensure proper packing and securing for transport.
• Maintain records of goods received, stock issued, deliveries and returns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.

Oversee and manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, unloading, storage, picking, packing and dispatching of goods.

Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are checked against purchase orders, delivery orders and other relevant documents.

Supervise proper storage, handling, labelling and arrangement of goods within the warehouse.

Coordinate with the Project and Operations departments on stock availability and delivery schedules.

Monitor warehouse space utilisation and maintain an organised and efficient storage layout.

Ensure goods are properly packed, secured and prepared for transportation.

Inventory & Stock Control

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement.

Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts and physical inventory checks.

Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, damages and missing items.

Ensure all stock receipts, transfers, returns and dispatches are properly recorded.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements with the Purchasing Department.

Prepare inventory reports, stock movement summaries and discrepancy reports for management.

Staff Supervision & Warehouse Safety

Supervise, assign and monitor daily duties of warehouse staff.

Plan manpower arrangements and ensure warehouse tasks are completed on schedule.

Train and guide warehouse personnel on stock handling, warehouse procedures and safety practices.

Enforce warehouse housekeeping, 5S practices and workplace safety requirements.

Ensure proper handling and safe use of forklifts, pallet jacks and warehouse equipment by authorised personnel.

Identify operational issues and implement improvements to warehouse processes.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of goods received, stock issued, deliveries and returns.

Verify delivery orders, goods received notes (GRN), packing lists and stock records.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly warehouse operational reports.

Coordinate with management on warehouse performance, stock discrepancies and operational improvements.

Perform other warehouse and operational responsibilities assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management or storekeeping.

Previous experience supervising warehouse staff or managing warehouse operations is preferred.

Strong knowledge of stock control, inventory management and warehouse procedures.

Familiar with goods receiving, picking, packing, dispatching and warehouse documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Able to work independently, make operational decisions and manage multiple tasks.

Willing to perform hands‑on warehouse duties when required.

Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented and committed to maintaining stock accuracy.

Knowledge of warehouse safety practices is an advantage.
