Aeon Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Store Manager/Supervisor for the Indoor Playground at KL Midtown Mall. You will lead daily operations, organize team responsibilities, monitor KPIs, and ensure service excellence to drive visitor numbers and profitability.

Responsibilities include owning the park's P&L, developing promotional plans, maintaining SOPs, coaching staff, and collaborating with Marketing, Finance and HR to deliver safe, engaging experiences for children and families.

STORE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR INDOOR PLAYGROUND - KL MIDTOWN MALL

Lead store operational planning by organizing team responsibilities, reviewing operational progress, participating in operational policy discussions, and implementing company operational standards to achieve business objectives.

Take full ownership of the park's Profit & Loss (P&L), including revenue growth, budgeting, cost control, financial forecasting, and profitability.

Develop and execute business strategies, promotional initiatives, and commercial plans to achieve sales, visitor, and profitability targets.

Monitor and analyze key business performance indicators, including admissions, customer traffic, conversion rate, average spending, labor productivity, operating expenses, and overall financial performance.

Establish, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency, service excellence, and regulatory compliance.

Lead, coach and develop operational teams through effective communication, regular coaching, performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives and succession planning to build a high-performing, motivated and collaborative team

Ensure outstanding customer experience by maintaining high service standards, analyzing customer feedback, resolving complaints effectively and implementing continuous service improvements.

Ensure all attractions, equipment, and facilities are safe, well maintained, and operational. Oversee emergency response procedures and incident management to ensure a safe environment for customers and employees.

Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Merchandising, and Technical departments to support business growth, operational improvements, and new initiatives.

Develop strategic partnerships with schools, corporate organizations, shopping malls, local communities, influencers and business partners. Actively organize promotional activities, community engagement programmed and marketing events to increase brand awareness, customer traffic and business revenue

Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, statutory requirements, audit standards, and guidelines.

Present business performance, operational reviews and strategic improvement recommendations during business review meetings with senior management

Ensure all attractions are operated safely and all customers comply with safety rules and operational procedures before participating in any activities

Undertake any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by top management or from the holding company in Japan, from time to time. This may include tasks beyond the scope of the standard job description to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization

(M) BHD. in setting up an indoor amusement business which carries the name of “Smart Wonder World” within JUSCO General Merchandise Stores and AEON Shopping Centres where it is conceptually designed to provide an alternative entertainment environment and facilities for children and their families.

In line with AEON Group’s policy, AEON CO. (M) BHD. has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 25th February 2011 with AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. to dispose the Smart Wonder World Business. AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 18th February 2011 as a private limited company in Malaysia for the purpose of acquiring the Smart Wonder World business from AEON CO. (M) BHD. and shall continue to operate and expand the business with the name of “Molly Fantasy”.

On 3rd March 2011, AEON CO. (M) BHD. and AEON Fantasy Co. Ltd. have entered into a Subscription and Relationship Agreement with AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. to acquire the ordinary shares of AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Hence, making AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. to be jointly owned by AEON (M) BHD, and AEON Fantasy Co., Ltd.

AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.’s creed is to serve local communities and initiate sound development by providing dreams, fun and interaction through its principal activities.
