Job summary

AEON Malaysia is seeking a Retail Operations Leader in Shah Alam to oversee store promotions, asset upkeep, safety compliance and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on maintaining accurate promotions, training team members, and ensuring all equipment is in good condition.

You will manage daily activities, monitor expenditures within budget, handle goods returns per procedures, and coordinate with suppliers while embracing a shift-based schedule including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Possessed at least Diploma/Degree Holder in any field.
• 2-3 years of working experiences in retail operations management/related field.
• Computer literacy skill needed: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Team
• Able to work on shift, weekend, & public holiday.
• Posses own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product, facilities and services that were advertised and promoted are correct and updated.
• Ensure that Assets are in good condition and to train team member to do the same as well.
• Participating in ensuring that all safety and security equipment are in good working condition.
• Provide and organize training to improve professional skills of your team.
• Adhere to store budgeted expenditure.
• Returning of goods are done according to the procedures.
