Job summary

Golden Tougen (Malaysia) invites you to lead its premium jewellery retail teams as Store Manager for Sunway Velocity and Penang Waterfront. You will drive sales, deliver exemplary customer service, and maintain a premium store environment that reflects the brand.

You will coach staff, manage daily store operations, and implement promotions and merchandising strategies to maximise revenue. A background in luxury retail with strong communication and a customer-focused mindset is essential,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience, with leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, watches, premium fashion, beauty, or other high-ticket retail environments is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales performance, and achieve retail targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Comfortable using POS systems and preparing basic sales and operational reports.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred to effectively serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Willing to work onsite at Sunway Velocity / Penang Waterfront, including weekends and public holidays.

• Build strong customer relationships and handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a premium store environment that reflects the brand's image and service standards.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, performance feedback, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal requirements.
