Candidates should have SPM or higher, experience in jewelry or luxury brands, and a proven sales track record. Multilingual abilities and professional presentation are highly valued.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide an outstanding customer experience, creating an exceptional shopping experience.
• Develop and maintain deep product knowledge, encompassing craftsmanship, design intent, styling possibilities, and the brand stories behind each piece, to deliver confident and engaging customer advice.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through active customer engagement and tailored product recommendations
• Manage inventory level through conducting inventory counts and maintaining clear inventory records.
• Ensure the store is impeccably maintained, with visual displays that reflect the brand’s image and current promotions.
• Coordinate and fulfil customer orders, including in-store collection and delivery arrangements
• Support the execution of in-store campaigns, promotions, and events
• Able to commit to retail hours

Location: Klang Valley / Penang Island / Genting Highlands (accommodation is provided for Genting)

Requirements:

• SPM and above education level
• Sales experience preferably in the jewelry industry / luxury brands.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver strong customer service with a proven sales track record
• Passion for luxury products and a keen sense of style.
• Well-groomed, personable, and confident, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced retail environment
• Multilingual to cater to different groups of clienteles.
