Job summary

Vinstella Jewellery Sdn Bhd is seeking a retail sales professional in Subang Jaya to drive store targets and deliver excellent customer service. The role includes mentoring junior staff, maintaining visual standards, and contributing to inventory and reporting tasks.

The position requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, fluent Mandarin and English, and a proactive team player mindset, with six-day mall shift rotations including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for retail sales and proactively achieving personal and store sales targets.
• Understand customer needs through keen observation, provide professional advice, and maintain good customer relations.
• Collect market trends and customer feedback to assist in optimizing sales strategies.
• Ensure tidy store displays, assist with inventory management, and submit simple digital reports to HQ.
• Lead and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high service quality standards.
• Follow mall shift rotations (including weekends and public holidays).

RM 2,500 - RM 3,500++ (Basic Salary + Attractive Commission)

Comprehensive systematic training provided by HQ to help you master product knowledge and store operations.

Outstanding performers will have the opportunity to be promoted to Branch Manager or into the management team.

Located in premium shopping malls with convenient accessibility.

Responsible for retail sales and proactively achieving both personal and store sales targets.

Understand customer needs through keen observation, provide professional advice, and maintain good customer relations.

Collect market trends and customer feedback to assist the company in optimizing sales strategies.

Ensure tidy store displays, assist with inventory management, and submit simple digital reports to HQ.

Lead and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high service quality standards.

Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (to communicate with a diverse customer base and prepare simple reports).

High sense of responsibility, proactive, and a strong team player.

Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., Excel, Email) for daily reporting.

6-day work week, required to follow mall shift rotations (including weekends and public holidays).

1-2 years of relevant retail or sales experience is preferred.
