Job summary

Wah Chan Consolidated Sdn Bhd is seeking passionate Retail Sales professionals across Malaysia (Wah Chan Branches) & HQ, PJ. You will deliver excellent customer service, advise on jewellery products, and hit sales targets while supporting daily outlet operations.

Roles may be filled at Senior Sales Executive level for candidates with stronger retail sales experience. Training and career development are provided.

Job Description

We are looking for passionate and customer-oriented Retail Sales to join our retail jewellery team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and supporting daily outlet operations. Candidates with stronger retail sales experience may be considered for the Senior Sales Executive position.

What You'll Do:

Provide professional customer service and product consultation to customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.

Create a pleasant shopping experience to build customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Achieve individual and outlet sales targets.

Support promotional campaigns and sales activities to drive business performance.

Customer Relationship

Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Encourage repeat purchases and develop long-term customer connections.

Product Knowledge

Develop strong knowledge of jewellery products, features, and benefits.

Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers.

Outlet Operations

Support daily outlet operations, including product display, stock arrangement, and outlet cleanliness.

Ensure smooth sales transactions and proper handling of customer orders.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent.

Retail sales, customer service, or jewellery experience is an added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused, positive attitude, and willing to learn.

Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays based on retail schedules.
