You will oversee customer service excellence, staff training, and performance management across the team, ensuring smooth store execution and strong collaboration with the regional brand. This role requires hands-on leadership and a passion for retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in retail.
• Prefer Senior Executives or Assistant Manager level.
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Effective resource planning for customer service.
• Train store staff on customer service and product knowledge.
• Implement high standard of customer focus within the store.
• Regularly assess customer service standards within store.
• Create seamless customer service orientation among staff and ensure timely resolutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
