Job summary

Luxury Careers Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Store Manager in Malaysia to lead daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales.

You will oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, store presentation, and a business-ready environment. You will coach and develop a small team, stay current on products and promotions, manage inventory and pricing, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience with supervisory or store leadership responsibilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours.
• Passion for retail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams while achieving sales and operational targets.
