Provide professional assistance throughout the store—including the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cashier area.

Share product knowledge (materials, features, pricing, promotions) and introduce new items to support upselling opportunities.

Uphold store cleanliness and organization according to company guidelines.

Support the Assistant Supervisor/Supervisor with store operations, including weekly reports and administrative tasks.

Monitor KPIs and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.

Supervise junior sales associates and part-timers to ensure daily tasks are completed and operations run smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience (fashion retail preferred).

Strong passion for customer service with excellent communication skills.
