Job summary

MINISO (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Store Manager to lead the TOPTOY store in Skudai, Johor. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team while overseeing daily operations and inventory control.

You will drive sales, manage budgets, analyze reports, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage and a monthly attendance allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent business acumen with knowledge of retail KPIs.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer software.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead store team through recruitment, training and coaching.
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising and inventory control.
• Drive sales and meet revenue targets through promotions and marketing.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and promptly resolve issues.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor key performance indicators.
• Manage store budgets, shift arrangements and cash handling.
• Conduct regular stock counts and minimize shrinkage.
