Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in beauty, cosmetics or skincare retail with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, makeup, skincare and retail selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to meet monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Coach Beauty Advisors to achieve strong results and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain store operations, visual standards and audit compliance.
• Manage inventory, stock counts, replenishment, and asset protection.
• Ensure compliant reports, training and timely operational tasks.
