Job summary

EssilorLuxottica’s Oakley store in Malaysia is seeking a Store in-charge to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, recruit and develop the team, and deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

You will ensure the store meets KPI targets, controls costs and stock loss, analyzes sales performance, and maintains visual merchandising to brand standards. This role requires leadership, agility, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the store’s day-to-day operations.
• Deliver memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledge.
• Ensure all KPI targets & expectations are delivered.
• Ensure costs are kept to a minimum & stock loss is within company guidelines.
• Regularly analyze sales performance and establish improvement plans.
• Maintain inspiring visual merchandising in store per guidelines.
• Recruit, lead, motivate and develop your team in-store.
