EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Store In-Charge to oversee all aspects of a retail store in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will drive sales, profitability, recruiting, and inventory control while ensuring outstanding customer service and brand standards are met.

Lead and develop a team to deliver best-in-class shopping experiences, maintain visual merchandising, and manage POS, cash handling, and health and safety compliance with company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the store’s day-to-day operations.
• Deliver memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledge.
• Ensure all KPI targets & expectations are delivered.
• Ensure costs are kept to a minimum & stock loss is within company guidelines.
• Regularly analyze sales performance, maximizing strengths & reviewing poor performance to establish an action plan for improvement.
• Maintain inspiring visual merchandising in store as per guidelines.
• Recruit, lead, motivate and inspire your team to succeed in store as well as support them in developing their careers.
• Ensuring that the store is always on top of the competition by being commercial focused.
• Manage all legalities & Health & Safety of the business.
• Point-of-sale and cash handling including counting, reconcile and cash deposits according to established procedures and security guidelines.
• Network effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
