Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee the store's day-to-day operations
• Deliver memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledge
• Ensure KPI targets and expectations are delivered
• Keep costs in check and stock loss within guidelines
• Analyze sales performance and act on improvements
• Maintain visual merchandising per guidelines
• Recruit, lead, motivate and develop the team
• Stay competitive by focusing on commercial outcomes
• Manage all legalities and Health & Safety compliance
• Handle point-of-sale and cash procedures according to policy
