Job summary

Mansfield Manufacturing (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a warehouse operative to support housekeeping, receiving, storage, and delivery operations in our facility in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of raw materials, finished goods and warehouse items.
• Arrange, store, and clearly identify raw materials and goods in production areas.
• Ensure accurate receipt, inspection, storage, picking and delivery of goods.
• Verify quantities and documentation for incoming/outgoing materials.
• Coordinate daily lorry trips for deliveries to customers.
• Prepare and secure goods prior to dispatch.
• Perform regular stock checks and reconcile inventory with system records.
• Identify and report missing, damaged, or discrepant stock items promptly.
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely for material handling and warehouse operations.

Job description

This role involves warehouse housekeeping, receiving and delivery operations, inventory and stock control, system and documentation management, material handling equipment operation, and warehouse safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and organisation of raw materials, finished goods, and other warehouse items
• Ensure raw materials and goods at the production area are properly arranged, stored, and clearly identified
• Ensure the accurate receipt, inspection, storage, picking, and delivery of goods
• Verify quantities and documentation to ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials
• Arrange and coordinate daily lorry trips for deliveries to customers
• Ensure goods are properly prepared, handled, and secured before dispatch
• Conduct routine stock checks and monitor inventory levels
• Perform regular stock takes and reconcile physical stock against system records
• Identify and report missing, damaged, or discrepant stock items promptly
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely for material handling and warehouse operations
