Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) is seeking a store/warehouse operative to manage inventory, stock rotation, and customer service at our premises in Malaysia. The role requires supervising duties, strong leadership, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Applicants should have SPM/ diploma qualifications (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and 1–3 years of retail experience. Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Operate equipment and machines per procedures.
• Ensure safety and care of store assets.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service.
• Handle emergencies and report to the relevant personnel.
