Job summary

Jora Malaysia is looking for a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, moving, and proper placement of goods across the warehouse, production area, and supplier delivery points.

You will also prepare and issue raw materials and packaging, receive returned items, and maintain accurate inventory records to support smooth production flow. The role requires teamwork and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution is advantageous.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, transferring, and proper placement of goods in warehouse, production area, and supplier delivery locations.
• Prepare and issue raw materials and packaging materials according to production requirements.
• Receive returned materials and update inventory records.
• Ensure inventory is properly stored and handled per storage procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and maintained in good condition.
• Maintain stock cards and related documentation accurately.
• Assist unloading and handling of materials from incoming containers.
• Receive, inspect, and process stock and non-stock items according to procedures.
• Assist in scheduled stock-taking and audits.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

• Receive returned materials from the production area and update the relevant inventory records in the system.
• Ensure all inventory is properly stored, arranged, and handled according to established storage procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels regularly to support effective stock control.
• Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are clean, organized, and maintained in good condition at all times.
• Maintain and update stock cards, inventory records, and related documentation accurately and consistently.
• Assist in the unloading and handling of materials received from incoming containers.
• Receive, inspect, and process both stock and non-stock items according to company procedures.
• Assist in scheduled stock-taking activities and inventory audits when required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:
