Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse/depot coordinator to manage inventory and ensure accurate stock control in line with SOPs and safety standards. The role involves organizing the warehouse, receiving and issuing goods, and supporting audits and internal processes.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in logistics or related field and 1–3 years of warehouse experience, with familiarity in Autocount Inventory or ERP systems. This is a full-time on-site position in Ipoh, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in warehouse or depot operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing depot inventory, ensuring accurate stock control, proper warehouse organisation, and timely receiving and issuance of goods in compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies

Verify incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices

Inspect goods condition and report any damages

Prepare and issue stock according to delivery schedules

Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements

Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organised storage

Safeguard stock to prevent loss, damage, or theft

Support internal and external audit requirements

Coordinate with sales team, drivers, and admin for smooth operations

Requirements

SPM/Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field

1–3 years experience in warehouse or depot operations preferred

Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock reconciliation

Familiar with inventory systems, Autocount Inventory or ERP (added advantage)

Responsible, detail-oriented, and well organised

Able to work independently and follow procedures
