Job summary

Creative Bliss Sdn. Bhd. in Penang seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily incoming store and receiving activities, ensure correct quantities, and coordinate with QA and Purchasing.

You will manage ERP records, labeling, and storage while leading a small team to maintain accuracy and safety standards. Applicants should have a diploma in logistics or related field, 2–3 years in warehouse operations, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in store, warehouse, or incoming material operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of receiving procedures, inventory control, and material handling.
• Familiar with Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and ERP systems.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Quality departments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and manage a team.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and warehouse procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily incoming store and receiving activities.
• Check incoming materials against Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO).
• Ensure the correct quantity and quality of received materials.
• Coordinate with the Quality department for material inspection when required.
• Record and update all received materials in the ERP system.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and arrangement of incoming materials.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock levels.
• Manage and supervise incoming store personnel and daily tasks.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and other relevant departments regarding receiving issues.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damaged materials, or incorrect deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Prepare and submit relevant receiving and inventory reports.
