Job summary

PH Uni Palm Sdn Bhd in Tampin, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a stock/inventory assistant to manage goods reception, counting and storage. The role involves recording transactions, updating inventory systems and performing stock checks to ensure accuracy and accountability.

You will be responsible for issuing PR/JOR, conducting quarterly and year-end stock takes, and maintaining 5S standards. Duties may evolve at the company's discretion as needed.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of receive goods, counting, checking, arranging the goods in a rack and record.
• To issue PR, JOR, take stock take.
• Maintain 5s, Sorting, standardize, shine, set in order & sustain.
• Maintain and update the stock issue documents into inventory system.
• Conducting physical stock check vs manual stock card and system.
• Assist in quarter and year end stock take.
• Perform stock reconciliation and stock adjustment via inventory system.
