Job summary

ESCATEC Group in Penang is seeking a Warehouse Stock Controller to manage receiving, kitting to production, and finish goods stock control. You will verify quantities, label parts, and ensure accurate documentation with batch/lot stamping.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely updates, and compliance with SOPs. Responsibilities include maintaining FIFO, performing routine cycle counts, proper storage and labeling of materials, and upholding ESD and safety standards for efficient warehouse

Responsibilities

• Receive materials from all vendors and check quantity receipt tally with supplier DO/invoice
• Stamp 'Receiving' on documents and return to driver
• Print and paste bar code labels for all physical stock and ensure correct labeling of part numbers
• Stock goods at rack for IQA inspection
• Carry out kitting to production, re-packing, labeling and identification of materials (batch/lot)
• Update transactions through the system or submit documents timely
• Provide feedback to superior on variances
• Verify quantity versus documents for finished goods stock
• Put away and stamp batch/lot on each carton
• Verify excessive returns and scrap returns from shop floor; conduct routine cycle counts
• Maintain housekeeping; ensure FIFO system; enhance ESD control per SOP; ensure SOPs are observed; ensure materials are properly stored and labeled; ensure security and safety of materials

Job description

• Receiving
  • Receipt of material from all vendors.
  • Check quantity receipt tally with supplier DO/invoice.
  • Stamped "Receiving" on documents and return to driver.
  • Print and paste the bar code label for all the physical stock. Check correct labeling of part no. with materials.
  • Stock the goods at rack for IQA inspection.
• Kiting / Outbound to production
  • Ensure kiting of materials is properly carried out according to outbound advise.
  • Undertake re-packing, labeling and identification of materials (batch lot).
  • Update the transaction through system or submit the document for transaction timely.
  • Feedback to superior if found any variance.
  • Check physical materials status as and when required by SCO.
• Finish goods stock control
  • Verify the quantity versus document.
  • Put away and stamp the batch lot on each carton.
• Others operation such as;
  • Verify the excessive return from shop floor.
  • Verify the scrap return from production prior stored into scrap warehouse.
  • Conduct routine cycle count.
• General;
  • Maintain housekeeping at all times.
  • Ensure FIFO system is followed.
  • Enhance the ESD control according to SOP.
  • Ensure Store Operating Procedures are observed and adhered to at all time.
  • Ensure materials are properly stored and labeling is visible.
• Ensure security and safety of materials.
