Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for a warehouse clerk to manage stock checks, loading and unloading activities, and daily warehouse operations at our facility in Malaysia. The role requires counting outgoing and incoming goods, verifying against documents, and coordinating with store clerks and forklift operators.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with a minimum SPM/certificate/diploma and ability to work Saturdays. The candidate will participate in monthly stock counts, monitor stock levels for

Responsibilities

• Check and count outgoing goods before loading to truck/lorry according to Pick List; endorse on Pick List and inform store clerk of any alterations.
• Supervise the loading process into lorry/truck to ensure correct quantity and items per Invoice.
• Check and count incoming goods against documents such as Delivery Order and endorse on each document.
• Direct forklift driver to unload incoming stocks.
• Check returned stocks and balance stocks from customers; endorse on documents as assigned.
• Inform Warehouse Executive/Planner if stock levels for a SKU are low for replenishment.
• Perform monthly stock counts and maintain stock records.
• Monitor movement of stock in and out of the Warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

To check and count all out-going goods before loading to truck/lorry according to Pick List. Endorse on Pick List and inform store clerk if alteration/amendment is required.

Supervise the loading process loaded into lorry/truck to ensure correct quantity and items as per Invoice.

To check and count all incoming goods against the relevant document such as Delivery Order (D/O) and endorse on each document.

To direct and instruct the forklift driver to unload the incoming stocks.

To check on all returned stocks and balance stocks from customer and ensure quantity are correct against the relevant document and endorse on the document. (work as when assigned or scheduled)

To inform warehouse Executive / Planner if the stock level on a particulars SKU is low for replenishment.

To perform and attend on monthly stock count (maintaining stock records)

To check all movement of stock in and out of the Warehouse.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior fromtimetotime.

Job requirements:

Possess minimum SPM or Certificate or Diploma.

Able to perform multi-task.

Preferably with 1 year of working experience in the store or warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Fresh graduate with Certificate or Diploma is welcome.

Must be willing to work on all Saturday : 8.00am to 1.00pm.
