Job summary

Rainbow Distribution Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a warehouse associate in Johor to handle stock counts, daily auditing, and packing for courier pickups for both online and offline orders.

The role requires familiarity with branded products, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. You will collaborate with the sales team, perform admin duties, and participate in events as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications

• SPM/STPM qualification or higher.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Responsible, independent, and willing to learn.

• Able to work at Menara Pelangi Johor.

Responsibilities

• Count and audit daily stock; prepare stock reports.
• Pick and pack items for courier pickups for online and offline orders.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure packing meets customer and SOP requirements.
• Have knowledge of brands and products sold.
• Perform administrative duties and daily progress reporting.
• Track and report all warehouse activities.
• Provide administrative support for warehouse activities.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations as assigned by Warehouse Manager/Head of Sales.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Stock count and auditing daily stock take and prepare stock reports

Picking and packing for Courier pick up for Online and Offline orders

Work closely with sales team to ensure packing arrangements satisfies customer requirements and company SOP

Have knowledge on the brands and products that are sold

Perform administrative duties and report on job assignments on daily basis

Track and report all warehouse related activities

To provide administrative support for all warehouse-related activities

Participate in trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations and other related activities as assigned by Warehouse Manager/Head of Sales

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM.

Fresh graduate is welcome to apply

Responsible, Independent, Willing to learn.

Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Able to work in Menara Pelangi Johor

Working hours: Monday - Friday (10 AM to 7 PM), Sat (10 AM to 2 PM)
