Job summary

Lam Soon Edible Oils Sdn Bhd in Cyberjaya is seeking a warehouse/storekeeper to manage outgoing and incoming stock, supervise loading/unloading, and ensure accuracy across documents and stock records. The role requires attention to detail and readiness to perform related duties as assigned.

The position welcomes fresh graduates with certificates or diplomas and values 1 year of relevant experience in store, warehouse, or manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum SPM or Certificate or Diploma.
• Able to perform multi-task.
• Preferably with 1 year of working experience in the store or warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Fresh graduate with Certificate or Diploma is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Check and count all outgoing goods before loading to truck according to Pick List.
• Endorse on Pick List and inform store clerk if alteration/amendment is required.
• Supervise the loading process loaded into lorry/truck to ensure correct quantity and items as per Invoice.
• Check and count all incoming goods against the relevant document such as Delivery Order (D/O) and endorse on each document.
• Direct and instruct the forklift driver to unload the incoming stocks.
• Check on all returned stocks and balance stocks from customer and ensure quantity are correct against the relevant document and endorse on the document.
• Inform warehouse Executive / Planner if the stock level on a particulars SKU is low for replenishment.
• Perform monthly stock count (maintaining stock records)
• Check all movement of stock in and out of the Warehouse.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior fromtimetotime.

Job description
