Job summary

Lam Soon Edible Oils Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant, Order Fulfillment to manage shipment documentation and keep our logistics running smoothly at Glenmarie Shah Alam.

The role focuses on accurate invoicing and real-time tracking, with export support for Brunei and end-to-end data entry using ERP systems. Strong Excel skills and fluent English/Bahasa Malaysia are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, order fulfillment or logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP/JDE/Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end invoice and shipment data entry with zero errors.
• Monitoring daily demand and cargo readiness; keep ETD/ETA in real-time.
• Providing export documentation support for Brunei shipments and system processing.
• Preparing sample invoices for regional branches and ensuring smooth logistics administration.

Assistant, Order Fulfillment - Supply Chain Management

We are looking for a proactive Assistant, Order Fulfillment (Supply Chain Management) to manage our shipment documentation and ensure our operations run like clockwork.

The Role:

As the backbone of our logistics flow, you will ensure every invoice is accurate, every shipment is tracked, and every customer is satisfied. Your primary focus will be:

Documentation Excellence: Managing end-to-end invoice and shipment data entry with zero errors.

Logistics Tracking: Monitoring daily demand and cargo readiness, while keeping our tracking database (ETD/ETA) updated in real-time.

Export Support: Providing specialized administrative support for Brunei export documentation and system processing.

Operational Support: Preparing sample invoices for regional branches and ensuring smooth logistics administration.

What You Bring:

Education: A Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in supply chain, order fulfillment or logistics.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, JDE, or Oracle).

Soft Skills: A critical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
