Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse operator in Malaysia to manage and coordinate warehouse activities, movement of materials and inventory. You will ensure stock sufficiency for production and coordinate shipments with customers, agencies and freight forwarders to avoid delays.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, inspecting against PO/DO, signing paperwork, and recording quantities. Ad hoc tasks may be assigned by management as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or SPM/ Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Good physical condition.
• Eye for detail and basic math skills.
• Data entry, independence, responsibility and strong team spirit.
• Experience operating a stacker forklift.

• Manage and coordinate of activities related to warehouse, material movement and inventory. Ensure that the stock is sufficient for production usage.
• Coordinated with CDS, Customer, government agency & freight forwarded on shipment detail, requirement and ensure the shipment is without any delay.
• Receiving shipments and signing paperwork upon receipt. Inspect and record shipment with incoming raw material or products, ensure incoming shipment content is undamaged & unloading packages or goods and verify packages according to Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO) , Packing List and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.).
• Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management to support team objectives and business needs.

Qualifications Required:

• Diploma or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)/ Diploma / Degree in any field
• Good physical condition.
• Have a great eye for details and basic math skills
• Competencies in data entry, independent, responsible, and possess a strong team spirit.
• Experience and well trained on handling and operating stacker forklift.
