Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse associate to manage daily warehouse tasks, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and preparing goods for orders and deliveries. You will assist with loading/unloading, stock checks, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.

The role involves organizing goods, reporting damaged items, and supporting the Warehouse Executive with daily operations. This position is on site in Malaysia and offers a full-time workload with safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse activities including receiving, checking, storing and issuing goods.
• Pick, pack and prepare goods according to orders and delivery schedules.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods from trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Arrange and organize goods properly according to designated storage areas.
• Perform stock counting and assist with regular inventory checks.
• Check and report any damaged, missing or incorrect items.
• Assist in preparing goods for vessel deliveries and customer orders.
• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping and proper organization of the warehouse.
• Ensure goods are handled and stored safely to prevent damage or loss.
• Assist with cold room, chilled and frozen storage activities when required.
• Maintain proper stock records and warehouse documentation.
• Assist the Warehouse Executive / Supervisor with daily warehouse operations.
• Follow company safety, hygiene and warehouse procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
