Yee Lee Corporation Bhd (YLC) in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated entry-level Retail Assistant to assist customers, locate products, and complete purchases with a POS system. You will maintain a clean, organized store, stock shelves, and support inventory checks.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia communication is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with inquiries, product location, and purchases in a friendly and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring aisles are clear and safe.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Receive and unpack incoming inventory, verifying quantities against invoices and storing items appropriately to prevent damage or loss.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and identify discrepancies.
• Operate basic computer systems for tasks such as inventory management, sales reporting, and communication.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and loss prevention.
• Demonstrate basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and managing stock counts.
