Job summary

Yee Lee Corporation Bhd (YLC) is seeking a Sales Representative in Ipoh to develop and enhance assigned outlets, strengthening brand presence and driving sustainable growth. You will execute sales and marketing initiatives to achieve strong performance across Yee Lee products.

You will manage profitability of key accounts, oversee promotions budgets, and coordinate with branches to implement effective promotions.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome.
• FMCG experience advantageous.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus for supplier communication.
• Willingness to travel within own state.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job description

Develop and enhance assigned outlets, ensuring a robust brand presence and sustainable business growth and partnerships.

Execute sales and marketing strategies and initiatives to achieve exceptional business performance for Yee Lee Products.

Manage assigned accounts' profitability and effectively handle promotion funds and budgets to meet company expectations.

Lead merchandisers in prioritizing YL and Principles' business objectives, implementing 5P merchandising strategies, and exploiting business opportunities.

Coordinate with branches for seamless execution of key account promotions, ensuring their effectiveness.

Utilize allocated trade marketing investments to meet sales and marketing priorities as per the budget.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in FMCG is advantageous.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Added advantage if proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers.
• Availability for travel as necessary (within own state).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
