Yee Lee Corporation Bhd invites applications for an Accounts Clerk to support the Accounting Department with documentation, filing, accounts transactions, verification and database entry. You will monitor month-end and day-to-day finance functions and assist in preparing weekly and monthly collection reports, ensuring that all entries are properly recorded in the computerized accounting system.

About you: proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia; basic computer skills (Excel, Word);

Key responsibilities

Provide support to the Accounting Department

Maintain documentation and comprehensive filing to support all accounting entries

Assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification, key-in database and follow up

Monitor month-end and day-to-day finance functions and prepare weekly and monthly collection reports

Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into computerized accounting system

Ensure all reports are accurate and timely for periodic submission

Perform daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks as per instructions

Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Head of Department

About you

Written and spoken proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (Required to communicate with Mandarin-Speaking Stakeholders)

Basic computer skills (Excel, Word and etc)

Committed to work and able to handle multitask job

Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility

Self-discipline and dedicated to work

Experience in Accounting or Finance management is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
