Job summary

Pilot Logistics Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operator to manage all warehouse operations including receiving, stock coordination, documentation, and storage of inventory. The role requires forklift operation, accurate record-keeping, adherence to safety and cleanliness, and collaboration with supervisors for timely shipping and receiving.

Minimum 1 year relevant experience and SPM/O Level or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Preferably non-executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Experience handling food products.
• Experience handling warehouse equipment.
• Must be organized and punctual.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level in Others or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse processes including receiving, stock coordination, documentation and inventory storage.
• Move goods with forklift and assist loading/unloading.
• Record in/out movements of goods in store.
• Ensure all documents are signed and filed.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels for smooth operations.
• Keep warehouse tidy and clean.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure accurate and timely shipping/receiving of goods.

• 1. Responsible for all warehouse operations activities including receiving, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing storage of surplus inventory.
• 2. Operate forklift to move goods around warehouse and for loading/unloading.
• 3. Record of in/out movement of goods in store.
• 4. To ensure all documents are signed and complete for filling.
• 5. To ensure inventories are kept in the optimum way for smooth operation.
• 6. To ensure tidiness and cleanliness of warehouse.
• 7. Responsible for working with superior to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of all incoming goods/ equipment.
• 8. Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• 1. Ability to drive Forklift will be added advantage
• 2. Preferably non-executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
