Job summary

AIA Digital+ is seeking an experienced Storage & Backup Manager to lead on-premises storage and data protection initiatives across the organization. You will oversee SAN/NAS deployments, backup operations, and ensure performance, security, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Leadership: Develop and implement strategic roadmap for on-premises storage infrastructure & data backup solution
• Storage Infrastructure Management: Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of storage systems (SAN/NAS)
• Backup Infrastructure Management: Oversee day-to-day data backup services and tools (IBM TSM, VTL, DSI)
• Vendor and Technology Expertise: Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies
• Disaster Recovery and Data Protection: Design robust backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor utilization and incidents for optimization
• Security and Compliance: Ensure security and regulatory compliance of storage and backup environments
• Budget & Resource Management: Manage related budget and allocate resources
