Job summary

AIA Shared Services is seeking an experienced Storage Infrastructure Manager to lead on-prem storage, data backup, and disaster recovery initiatives. You will drive strategic planning, oversee SAN/NAS and hybrid storage solutions, and manage vendor relationships to ensure high availability and data protection across the organization.

Responsibilities include overseeing backup operations, DR testing, cost management, and collaboration with security teams to enforce compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
7+ years of relevant storage/backup experience, with managerial exposure.
Experience with on-prem storage, backup, DR, and related tooling.

Responsibilities

Strategic roadmap development for on-prem storage & data backup.
Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of storage systems (SAN/NAS/hybrid).
Oversee day-to-day data backup operations (IBM TSM, VTL, DSI).
Design and implement backup, DR and data protection solutions.
Monitor performance, optimize utilization, and manage incidents.
Manage budget and allocate resources for projects.
Collaborate with security to ensure compliance with policies.
