Job summary

KSL Holdings Berhad is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee the hotel stewarding team, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation and proper maintenance of kitchen areas, equipment, and service items.

The role requires guiding and training Stewards, planning rosters, and coordinating with the Executive Chef to ensure smooth operations, including banquets and events. Shifts, weekends and holidays may apply in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a stewarding supervisory role, preferably in a hotel, banquet, restaurant or large-scale kitchen operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage stewarding operations and supervise the Stewards team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Plan and allocate duties according to daily operational requirements, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen and service areas.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and support during events.
