Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee and elevate stewarding operations on a shift basis, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment and utensils. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a 5-star hotel and at least 2 years as a Stewarding Team Leader in an international brand hotel, plus a valid health certificate.

• Minimum of 3 years in a 5-star category hotel.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Stewarding Team Leader in an international brand hotel.
• Possess a valid health certificate.
• Knowledgeable of opening hours for restaurant and hotel outlets.
• Capable of training and motivating team members.
• Able to set priorities to complete tasks on time.
• Knowledgeable in HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise stewarding operations during a shift.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Guide and supervise stewards in their jobs.
• Control and analyze cleanliness and related costs (payroll, breakage, losses).
• Ensure sufficient cleaning supplies and equipment are available and in good condition.
• Maintain operating manuals, chemical charts, and cleaning charts for staff reference.
• Prepare and monitor requisitions of chemicals and equipment; conduct monthly equipment inventory.
• Ensure sanitation standards in kitchen, canteen, and storerooms.
