Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in logistics, transportation, express delivery, supply chain, or related industries.
• Strong commercial, financial, and operational management skills.
• Ability to lead large and diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in driving customer satisfaction, business growth, and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Kuala Lumpur station to achieve operational excellence, growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Translate company strategy into local execution and ensure alignment with regional/global leadership.
• Develop and implement station business and operational plans to drive growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, agencies, suppliers, airlines, and partners.
• Drive revenue growth, commercial targets, and customer retention initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and cash flow at the station.
• Lead, coach, and develop station leaders and frontline teams, with HR collaboration.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality station operations and risk mitigation.
