Job summary

Aramex (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Station Manager to execute strategy at the station level, lead large teams, and drive growth and profitability while ensuring safe and compliant operations.

You will build strong customer relationships, oversee budgeting and performance, and collaborate with regional leadership to sustain Aramex's market position in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in logistics, transportation, express delivery, or related industries.

Customer & Commercial Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, government agencies, suppliers, airlines, and business partners.
• Lead customer retention and loyalty initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution of root causes.
• Support business development activities, including customer visits and executive presentations.
• Partner with Sales teams to drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets.
• Maintain regular engagement with key accounts, including strategic reviews with major customers.
• Foster a positive, high-performance, and inclusive work environment aligned with Aramex values and culture.
• Lead, coach, and develop station leaders and employees.
• Partner with HR to attract, develop, and retain talent.

• Drive productivity and operational excellence while maintaining service quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and audit requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and business risks.
• Lead regular operational reviews with managers, supervisors, and frontline teams.

Job Requirement:
