Aramex is seeking a Station Manager for the Kuala Lumpur station to lead overall performance, drive growth, and ensure financial and service excellence. You will translate corporate strategy into local execution while maintaining strong relationships with customers, employees, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in logistics, transportation, express delivery, or related industries.
• Strong commercial, financial, and operational management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into local execution for the Kuala Lumpur station.
• Lead station business and operational plans to support growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, agencies, suppliers, and partners.
• Deliver financial targets, manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Drive operational excellence, safety, quality, and compliance across station operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop station leaders and employees with HR collaboration.
