Job summary

Aramex (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring service, productivity and performance targets are met across warehousing, sorting and logistics functions.

You will develop contingency plans, drive continuous improvement, ensure safety compliance and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise processes and resources in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, discipline unspecified.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain.
• Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing large teams in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, process improvement, and safety regulations.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to meet service, productivity, and performance targets.
• Plan and allocate resources to meet delivery commitments.
