Job summary

Aramex in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day station activities, drive service quality, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes resource optimization, process optimization, technology adoption, and effective people and warehouse management to sustain high performance.

You will lead diverse teams, plan resources, monitor KPIs, implement contingency plans, and promote a culture of innovation and disciplined execution

Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience in a leadership/managerial position in the same industry.
Experience in implementing and enforcing operational standards and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or related field; a Masters degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations to ensure service, productivity, and performance targets are achieved.
Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands and delivery commitments.
Monitor and improve operational KPIs, driving efficiency while maintaining service quality.
Oversee warehouse operations and layouts to optimize space and safety.
