Job summary

UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced operations leader to streamline processes in retail banking, with emphasis on Credit/Debit Cards operations. You will lead a team of 10+ staff, coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, and drive cost-efficient improvements while maintaining risk controls.

Candidates should have 5–10 years in retail banking operations and proven change management, including RPA implementations.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of retail banking operations, especially in Credit/Debit Cards Operations.
• 5 to 10 years of team management experience with a minimum size of 10 staff.
• Ability to multi-task and cope with change in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in change management projects, including RPA and automation implementations.
• Strong organizational and management skills with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Streamline processes to reduce operating cost and turnaround time without compromising quality and risk.
• Conduct internal reviews / tests to ensure compliance.
• Assist with data analysis, report findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Proactively manage and resolve customers’ and business units’ feedback and queries promptly.
• Drive operations related projects and process improvements.
• Lead and coach staff to a high standard of performance, productivity and service quality.
• Ensure that the Bank’s policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and service quality within the team.
