Job summary

Shopee in Malaysia is seeking a logistics supervisor to coordinate and optimize daily sorting and delivery tasks. You will delegate tasks, receive and inbound parcels, and schedule activities with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

You will monitor KPI compliance, lead the driver team, and support deployment and training. The role requires flexibility in 12-hour rotating shifts, basic Excel, and a background in logistics or supply chain management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, supply chain, or engineering preferred.
• Basic Excel skills required.
• Experience in logistics operations is a plus.

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
• Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
• Monitor and report KPI compliance
• Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

Requirements

• Candidates currently based at Penang / Kedah / Perak are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work in a rational shift basis depending on business needs.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage
• Familiarity with postcodes/routing/mapping would be of good use
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to adapt in an agile environment
• Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
• Able to work on a 12-hours rotational shift basis
