Job summary

Shopee Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to coordinate parcel sorting, inbound shipments and driver scheduling within the hub. You will help ensure timely deliveries and uphold service standards across operations.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership and communication skills, basic Excel, and a willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts. Experience in logistics is a plus; diploma or degree in related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters and drivers based on headcount.
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
• Coordinate daily activities with drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor driver behavior and maintain high customer service standards.
• Assist the fleet team lead with deployment and training of new drivers.
• Monitor KPI compliance across operations.
• Ensure safety policies and SOPs for in-hub parcel collection.

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
• Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
• Monitor and report KPI compliance
• Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

Requirements

• Candidates currently based at Penang / Kedah / Perak are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work in a rational shift basis depending on business needs.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage
• Familiarity with postcodes/routing/mapping would be of good use
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to adapt in an agile environment
• Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
• Able to work on a 12-hours rotational shift basis
