Job summary

Shopee in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a logistics coordinator to oversee daily parcel delivery operations. You will delegate tasks to sorters and drivers, coordinate routes, and ensure timely in-hub parcel collection, while upholding safety and service standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and experience in logistics. Applicants should be comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts and adapting to a fast-paced environment within our distribution network.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills are required.
• Able to work in a 12-hour rotational shift base and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers according to headcount and daily needs.
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure timely delivery operations.
• Monitor driver behavior and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Assist fleet team lead with deployment and training of new drivers where applicable.
• Monitor and report KPI compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and standard operating procedures for in-hub parcel collection.

Requirements

• Candidates currently based at Pahang are encouraged to apply
