Job summary

Shopee Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the daily delivery operations, delegate driver tasks, and ensure timely parcel movement. You will work closely with the fleet team to deploy drivers, monitor KPIs, and ensure policy compliance.

Strong leadership and decisive communication are essential for success. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the role requires flexibility for a 12-hour shift and familiarity with routing/mapping.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership and strong communication skills.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience in logistics operations is a plus.
• Able to adapt to an agile/dynamic work environment and long 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters and drivers based on headcount.
• Receive and inbound parcels from linehaul team.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure high level of customer service.
• Assist fleet team lead with deployment and training of new drivers.
• Monitor and report KPI compliance.
• Ensure safety policies and SOPs for in-hub parcel collection.

Requirements
