Padelground Malaysia is seeking a reliable Sports Club Associate to oversee daily operations of our padel club on a flexible 24–hour-a-week schedule, ensuring a positive experience for members and guests.

You will manage guest interactions, facility navigation, court check-ins and maintenance, and support with bookings, inquiries, and community engagement. A friendly, customer-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, approachable, and reliable.
• Weekday morning availability preferred; flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily club operations and guest interactions.
• Ensure courts and facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Manage cleaners, maintenance, rentals, and stock of equipment.
• Handle bookings and inquiries via WhatsApp, PlaybyPoint, phone, and email.
• Coordinate opening/closing procedures and shift handovers.
• Support community engagement and basic player matchmaking.

Job description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Sports Club Associate to help oversee the daily operations of our padel club, on a flexible 24-hour-a-week schedule, while providing a positive experience for all members and guests.

Key responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations, including guest interactions, facility navigation, and court check-ins/check-outs, cancellations, and rescheduling accurately and efficiently

Ensure courts and surrounding areas are safe, clean, and in top playing condition, and that guests adhere to the club's house rules

Manage cleaners and maintenance

Oversee rental and sales of padel equipment (rackets, balls, etc.), including restocking and display

Manage opening and closing procedures of the club

Ensure smooth shift handovers and communication with the team, coaches, and directors

Strictly adhere to the club's operating procedures (music, lighting, displays, etc.)

Respond to inquiries related to the facility, services, programs, and events via WhatsApp, PlaybyPoint messages, phone, and email, and maintain strong customer relationships

Address booking issues, complaints, or feedback promptly and professionally to foster a positive and engaging environment for all visitors

Monitor WhatsApp community groups and support community engagement, encourage interaction, and assist with basic player matchmaking for open games, coaching sessions, and social tournaments

About you

Able to work 24–28 hours per week (Preferably in morning shift!)

Friendly, approachable, and reliable

Customer service experience preferred but not required

Candidates available on weekday mornings preferred; flexibility in scheduling is welcome
