Job summary

Selkirk Sport is seeking a Programs Specialist to manage the administrative infrastructure and data integrity of sponsorship programs. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of player accounts—from onboarding to contract management and order fulfillment—across multiple databases and low-code tools.

The role provides high-level support to 500+ sponsored players, ensuring accurate records and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Exceptional proficiency with spreadsheets and database management.
• Ability to manage workflows and low-code applications.
• Typing speed at least 40 WPM.
• Strong communication and independent, detail-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit multiple database platforms to ensure 100% accuracy of player records and sponsorship status.
• Manage over 500 active player sponsorship accounts, ensuring zero lapse in contract coverage.
• Update player accounts with current contact information, addresses, and status changes across all internal systems.
• Execute the offboarding process by removing player accounts across all platforms upon contract termination.
• Generate and distribute contracts via Palantir for new acquisitions and renewals.
• Analyze reimbursement requests to determine payment eligibility according to contract terms.
• Collaborate with Programs Manager and ownership to verify contract accuracy and alignment with program goals.
• Automate and send monthly renewal forms using low-code applications.
• Verify and manage player account tags for self-service purchasing via the B2B portal.
• Monitor Zapier workflows to ensure seamless communication and data transfer.
